Alright, you guys are definitely hitting a nerve.
Let me start out with my first ticket since it has an explanation.
I took this from a thread in Hera General
"ERROR 40120 happens because ijji users multiclient when they are trying to exchange g coins.
When exchanging g coins, you should not set up more than 1 account.
Otherwise the system will detect fraud and block all your ndoors account.
Solution: Please send a ticket to the gm regarding your problem and why it is happening. Make it clear as possible"
So let me explain a bit. I tried logging on this account and several other accounts and they all get that message about my account being blocked with that error code. I actually thought I wasn't affected because I haven't charged gcoins on ijji in over 2-3 months at the least and I haven't really played in a month or two and I haven't charged coins since and now my accounts are all blocked. My accounts were all perfectly fine when I left a few months ago and now they're blocked with that Error code. Please unban my accounts. Thank you.

However, your device/computer is not and is still under the said problem.
Please try to use other device/computer and try to log in to the game
If problem persist, please send us a message for immediate ***istance.
Well then. I used another device 2-3 weeks ago and oh my lord it worked! I tried again yesterday, guess what? That laptop is now blocked too! Oh my gosh isn't this amazing? Don't tell me to use another damn device when you're going to block it unless you want to pay for each purchase of a device.
Here's another reason to why I'm not so happy. My boyfriend has the exact same problem and received an email saying that he should be able to log onto his account. Guess what? It didn't work. So he decided to call ndoors today. Oh what amazing customer service. Whoever your representative was told him that you will not block his device at all and is linking it to fraudulent accounts. Oh no crap eh? After all these 'tickets' we've been told to send to 'fix' the 'problem'. Tell your oh so damn awesome rep to show the damn proof that he was linked to fraudulent accounts. OH WAIT. THERE IS NONE! EXACTLY. There's no damn proof at all that he's linked to accounts and your representative had the nerve to tell him that you're linking him to it and will not unblock his device?
This better damn well be fixed soon. If not, show us the damn proof that we're freaking linked to your fraudulent accounts. Oh wait you have none. Want to know how I exactly know why? The first ticket stated my accounts were cleared of any issues; however, my device wasn't just yet. SO UNBLOCK OUR DAMN DEVICES. Oh wait, would you rather care to refund the money that my boyfriend and I have spent on your game since we're no longer able to play?

haha they won't refund coz apparently buying coins from them is fraud O.o my boyfriend and I are also banned (my daughter too but only coz she accesses from the same machines as us, ndoors would never allow me to put coins on her account -.-) the only place we ever bought from was ndoors themselves.
Soo if this is all due to "fraud".. I guess ndoors is saying them themselves are a fraudlent Gcoin seller *claps* well done ndoors :D
Gosh i'd like to get our money refunded too.. can't think how much we spent over the last 4yrs!
