| I'm having issues with the firefox launcher from ijji.....i would always need to uninstall and reinstall the launcher to make the "Play Live" button work, otherwise, nothing happens...is there a fix for this? it such a hassle to keep reinstalling the launcher everytime i first turn my pc on... |

When i try to load it has the download bar at full then the nosetup shows then i click on and select the server and says wrong patch...
Zabu when can i play again? =(

oh i kno the GMs are working to their best ability, and now that they have 2 extra servers to look after their jobs are TONS harder, but im just getting tired.. i lost my patience about an hour ago..
yesterday i was trying to get on for 9 hours and today so far i've been trying to get on for almost 5 sooo i'm just really
getting mad.. but at least here over on global we have active gms now. back on ijji our gm would log on every like 3-4 weeks.. he even forgot about a goonzu election!! and this last GoonZu weekend we had, he forgot to turn it on until early in the afternoon on saturday...
-sigh- i just hope this gets fixed soon.... |

| i worked my first problem out! it was because i use firefox...
now i use internet, RECENTLY (10 minutes ago!!) downloaded the whole version, got the same error everybody is getting..bpikki's pictures are the exact same i get...

| mayb itzs a java script error whatever it is gms should look into it because i was trying to play luminary on my moms pc and yet again the same error

GM's i know you have lots of things to deal with but if you could at least give us a time frame of when you can fix these problems spent 2 days just trying to fix it and we the players who can't get on are getting frustrated

1. Go to luminary folder on ur C drive
2. Look for an icon that looks like Raccoon
3. There should be 4 raccoon icons, click the one called GoonzuRun
4. Let the patch download
5. Click OK and you should get an error
6. Restart your PC
7. Log on ijji and click luminary it will direct you to global website
8. Press PlayLive button
If the playLive does not appear on Firefox
1. start Internet Explorer
2. Go to ijji website
3. go to luminary directs you to global
4. Click the playLive
5 tells you to download ijjilauncher
6. download it and close IE
7. restart your PC
8. it should work now on Firefox.
If it still don't work, close Firefox and try another time
if it still doesn't work uninstall FireFox |

| my wife is having problems accessing global luminary website..she gets..stack overflow at line:0 error and page stops loading..her HG lightning spear and her abel need to be extended but she cant get on-line we have tried on 2 different computers and i am worried if i log out on my laptop i may not be able to log back in again..any suggestions...already re-installed luminary..still same stack error...help plz..we are new to global having come from ijji...plz help her get back or i know if she loses her spear/abel she will quit..she lost out on 1k bless when ijji ended lvlup event with 2 hours notice..she is lvl 99 with 20% till lvl 100..please help and re-instill our faith in sticking with this game |

The website was working perfectly for me.
In responce to my Item Mall post Which can be found here(http://luminary.ijji.com/center/forum/forums/thread-view.asp?tid=2493&posts=2&start=1) the ZabuGM told me to log off and onto Soilworker. I go to log onto Soilworker only to find that the website WONT RUN.
I browse to the page and I get constant notifications: "Stack overflow at line:0"
I reinstaled the game as a friend of mine was talking with ZabuGM and he said to do that and amazeingly it did no help. I cant see the play live button nor can I play the game.
No offence but if you were going to mess me about then just stop it. Im on the verge of quiting right now as I cannot play the game so why call myself a player? Another friend as my account details so she will be looking after it until you decide I am allowed to play the game. At which point I would of likely quit. I regulary buy Item Mall cloths as I dont like the Key ones yet and I would regulary buy things from Item Mall for "personal use" so I would give you money. |

id like a refund aswell but if i can get to play again either way is fine.. well i did the version check and it says i have v.531.. i got the client from ijji and it says to download the full version from ijji when i click play live.. wth is going on
and also ive downloaded clients over 12times now, im starting to get angry again.. i have patch 540-541 but i cant install it for my client since i only have v.531, and also the 540-541 is the one i dled for the global.. ive dled from ijji the client.. when will the completed client be available for ijji users since the patchs arent available or since the links to them arent even working now..
and today my inv bags are the 30 day bags(my inv items will be lost) they expire today, i believe my wh slots exp soon too that is if they already havent, its been lik 5 days since i last was able to login(before the patch) and it was like a day b4 that i renewed them, i have over 200 stones in my wh and like 3bil or more worth of mats not saying im the only one thats going to get ******* over but ive lost my mats more than i can remember.. i will prob quit if it all is lost, then ill definately want a refund

| yup just as i thought it too is the goonzueng installer
which doesnt self patch and when i manual patch it - it launches the global version 13 times trying to dl it and its all the same

Zabu this is STILL only for the "Global Goonzu" client. We are using the Ijji client. Can you get a patch for the Ijji client?

i did the patch for the global 1 and YAY I CAN PLAY FROM THERE BUT UMM... MY ACCOUNT IS FROM IJJI................. i'm sorry but i feel very very very very very very very very very very frustrated!
now to add three days and 2 more days 5 days of having missed using my items..................................................................................

Location: Kansas | Zabu, I think it would just be easier to be able to play Ijji acounts from the Global Client. It would take a bit of time but if you can't figure it out then you should merge the databases. If some of the account login names are the same then you can generate a generic login name and send it via the email.

Location: USA | hey GM i have a solution to your problem USE 1 CLIENT that will solve most of your problems and for those on ijji give them global accounts and email the users of their new account names and passwords(and maybe allow them to change the account name so they arent stuck with some wierd name that is hard to memorize). btw if you arent going to do that im giving remote access to any gm willing to try and fix this. that may help me get onto the game |

um actually for me prob same as every1 else ~ i have dled the ijji client from the links for lumi in ijji's dl section from the main page and then after it is finished i click install then launch and it says client is out of date(thing is tho that the one i dl'ed is the recent one for ap.1st) the patches out now are for the global version and ends up changing it to the global version(idk how tho) this doesnt solve the issues it just makes it worse.. oh and as every1 said the outdated version will not launch by the play live button to autopatch, and there is no manual launch in the lumi folder(it says to launch by the ijji page or w.e) |

| i downloaded the new ijji v540 client or w.e and i tried the manual patch since its not auto patching and it says cannot read the information on the filepath or w.e got it to launch once but only the zeus server was listed, and i tried to enter it but then it said i needed v.542 which i never knew there was a v.542 unless there really isnt one..
oh and when i click play live it also says no setup file

Same issue. Installation Error: No Setup File
In both Ijji and Ndoors.
I think cause of this problem is why i'm having an issue on the manual update. Cause that one says
error: no installation path

| ok i got the 540-541 patch installed but the other patches say its an old version installed, the patches from .541-542 and .542-543 have the old version error!
i live in america, have windows xp, ndoors client was working, idk if it would now or not
but i need the ijji client to work since my acc is on it

this is what i see when i try to install 541-542 and for 542-543. the 540-541 worked just fine..
so then i go to play live and the patch client comes up with 3 error messages
i didnt think there was a v.544 but maybe im wrong.. i kno u gms are trying your hardest but lately, it just isnt enoughh... almost 2 weeks since ive logged into luminary. plz fix this soon..

| Yep I think that about does it for me. I guess Ill check in another week from now and see if any of this has been resolved but as everything in game has probably expired by now I dont even want to log on. I knew this was going to be a rough transfer but I have never seen anything this bad in any game. Hopfully you will have this fixed soon or i will just quit either way w/e. |

| Hey i just got the patch to work, here is wat you do.
1) Find a place like a community center, library, office, etc
2) Download just the patch from there
3) Save on a flash drive then open the file at home
4) Install patch, which takes 10 seconds, and it will patch and work.
I got the 404 error only at home, but when i went to work, the patch openned perfectly, like Havoc says, try office computers.
Might only work on large wifi because thats what most offices use, and most people have private internet. |

| got mine to finally work by doing the following.
1. use manual patch for version 540-541
2. go to ijji play live in internet explorer.
3. This will update you to 543

Once I completely delete and unistall everything from luminary (including regedit information) and redownload/install it I can play the Ijji version ONCE. It is completely patched and everything works fine. Hours later I try and get back on and I get an error message. As you can see it's completely patched all fine. So this has nothing to do with trying to patch the latest patches. Look at your codes previous to patch, see what the problem might be when it is checking the need to patch. I don't know how your script runs but I know it's a problem pre-patching because I don't even need a patch but it's trying to patch it! Maybe this has shed some light on the whole problem eh?

Where did you got that client? Can you tell me which website? It doesn't seem right since it only shows 1 server. It should show 3 servers.
Hey Robo, it's great to you see able to play again. But it's really unfortunate that something is wrong with the patcher. So once you try to play again after a few hours, it tried to patch again? Maybe changing the regedit can do something to that. |

Location: Kansas | That doesn't really make sense because I've set the regedit back to it's original settings. The patcher is looking for patch 544 for some reason. I went to regedit and changed the version to look like 544 and I could log on but I got the same server options as loopy1. Oh and btw, it seems the version of the ijji client has no affect on the patcher. Here is the regedit in it's original state. The luminary version is 540. I was still able to play that one time with the version looking like this. So the version is looking for the NDoors client version. When I change the NDoors client version to 544 (the version the stupid patcher is asking for), The "Installation Error: No Setup File" doesn't appear. But the problem is I try to log on and I see exactly what Loopy1 is seeing.
I just don't understand how the game could have ran fine the first time and just stopped. I did change the game files a bit though, maybe that could explain something. What I was doing was taking out map files, character files, and environment files and put them into separate folders. The game ran fine and I logged on and off about 20 times (trying to find the right file to take out. BTW: Why is the King Racoon file "Jeffery"?!).
All the files are back in their original place and the game is as if nothing happened to it. I don't know how this could have affected the game, and I don't think any of these other people take out the game files so I don't think it's a problem. |

| I work at a community center and there, i can play luminary with no problem, because it auto updates, doesnt get the 404 error, and mainly because it's like an office internet. But now at home, (private internet) i cant get on at all. If you are going to make a patch that works for your offices, make some that work for your own houses... |

I can get you a patch that works to update you to 541 for ijji if you want. But if the game is screwing up on logging in it wont help till get get it fixed. But once they get the newest problem fixed it should help you. |

have someone log on ur account so they can get ur items back.. the gms cant get mad at you for giving out ur account info if you're trying to keep ur account up to date. especially when you cant even log on. |

Better yet transfer all the ijji accounts to ndoors accounts therefore you have 1 client to deal with and more concentration on 1 client so that this problem will be resolved much quicker

We would like to play the game, we don't want to have to uninstall 17 times and close the firewalls and do all this other **** to connect to a game. I've seen GM's post very infrequently in this section and leaving us to our own devices about crap that nobody has any clue how to fix is becoming ridiculous.
People have been trying FOR WEEKS to play this game, it's about time you find a way to let us get on again.

I am having these error from the moment i downloaded the new loader, i though of uninstalling and reinstalling, aswell as shuting down my firewall, nothing seems to work, what could be happening?

Go World of Warcaft! -p.s I wouldn't be so darned pissed if it didn't mess up all my other games...but everytime I try to use reactor* (since I apparently can't use anything else to launch the games now) it gives me some kind of need to manually update B.S (which by the way keeps popping up no matter how many times I hit o.k untill I eventually alt+f4 to make it go away) ohh and btw...THERE ARE NO MANUALL PATCH LINKS THAT WORK IN THIS THREAD! so yes, that obviously does make me a teeny bit upset and seeing how I have allready paid to buy WoW and all of its expansions, why not funnel my money into keeping ym accnt active there rather than into the item shops for games that I can't even play? :D Good luck with getting it all fixed.
P.S.S>Yes manually uninstalling the crap prolly would work...or utterly removing reactor and re-downloading all my games may work...but that's a bit too much effort

Anyways. After two months of ijji help desk communication, followed by a month microsoft issues (non-related), I decided to get back to what ijji first failed to help me at. I hope Ndoors has fresh ideas of what's going on. The issue is explained inside the picture. There are simply no further details that I can give you.
Standard procedures such as reinstalling reactor+luminary were unsuccessful.
The same conclusion can be drawn for reinstalling and turning off (completely) my virusscanner AVG.

well when i have an issue where the ijji reactor goes to not responding and goes white i found that if you close that one make sure reactor is closed and then go to say the gunz page and click game start there it will open up with no issues
just to throw that out there for people in future who may have this white screen issue |

| I can't login to Luminary... I used to be able to get to the server selection and then it would say my version is different from the server's. But then i tried one of someone's suggestions and now the client opens, and it gives me this:

When I click yes, it attempts to bring me to the luminary website, but I can't get on it. And after I click yes, it doesn't patch itself, it just sits there. I tried every uploaded patch in this thread...they are ALL dead. Which I find a bit ridiculous. But that's just me I guess. Please get back to me as soon as possible. I really want to play :S
EDIT: I signed up for NDoor's Luminary and tried playing it by just running the "Goonzu" file in my luminary directory. It let me login but then said I need like version 592, and I don't know where to download patches, so whatever, I guess that's out, unless I re-download the Luminary client from their site, which I don't feel like doing at the moment. >.<

It will ask you to install a program, install it then reopen the link
It will ask you to log into your ijji account and it goes directly to patch without having to go through the reactor

| I am having several issues trying to install and patch this game.
I played Luminary through IJJI several years ago on the Hera server. I tried to play again through IJJI and it seems to be encountering several different issues. I found WeSt's help file regarding patching, which was my first issue. I followed all of the instructions, and the patch nearly finishes downloading and then gives me the following error message when there's just a little left, "Failed to download because of patch upload. Try to execute again after a while." I tried this a couple of times today. Always getting that message.
I then tried to get the NDOORS version of GoonZu. The first step, express download of the client works fine. After that, I try to install and it crashes every time.
I have spent several hours trying to find a way to enjoy Luminary once again, but I am largely unsuccessful. Can someone help? |

| I recently downloaded the game, after having played on Zeus years ago. The issue I'm getting is that I keep on running into Item Num Exceed errors every time I run the game. I'm at V.597 right now and have downloaded both the Ijji and NDoors versions of the game, following what I can of guides here. Do I just have to keep on updating the patchs until it finally lets me in?
Update:
I've since seen the patch that Frampton made in another thread, and manually downloaded his patch data to .624 however my client still reads as .597 and I can't seem to update it. Any help here would be awesome as I'm very confused as to what is going on at the moment.
