 Elite Veteran Posts: 641    Location: Athravan | Yay! The Year of the Ox has begun! Let's celebrate this promising new year with an event! Seyfri and Joslynn came up with a great 24 hour event about the Chinese Zodiacs. Crack your brains with your townies, be the first to solve the riddles, get the items and win a full sponsored town event! The prize A sponsored town event!! The winning town can choose from these 3: Raccoon Paradise - The town will receive money for one Raccoon Paradise and all townies that are participating in the Racoon paradise will get a Racoon Perfume. Boss hunt - The town will receive money for one Boss Hunt and all townies that are participating in the Boss Hunt will get some pots. Chimera - The town will receive money for one Chimera and all townies that are participating in the Chimera hunt will get some pots and food. This is how it works: -Each town is a team. The townies have to work together to solve the clues and get the items needed. The towns are competing each other, because only 1 town can win. - The Event will start at Friday Jan 20 , at 14 PST and end at Saturday Jan 31, at 14 PST. - In the first 12 hours, each hour there will be send a sub with a Zodiac riddle. There are 12 Zodiac riddles in total. The riddle will be about one of the Chinese zodiacs: rat, ox, tiger, rabbit, dragon, snake, horse, sheep, monkey, rooster, dog, and boar. NOTE THE RIDDLES YOU SEE DOWN! The job of you and your townies is to get all riddles and figure out which zodiac belongs to each riddle.  - In the last 12 hours, each hour there will be send a sub with an Item riddle. There are 12 Item riddles in total. Each item riddle will be related to the Zodiac riddle with the same number. So Zodiac Riddle 3 is related to Item riddle 3. NOTE The RIDDLES YOU SEE DOWN! The job of you and your townies is to solve the riddles and figure out what item is described. CLUE: All zodiacs and items are represented in game. An example: If you think Zodiac Riddle 3 is about a Lobster, then it might be that the Blue Lobster is it's representative in game. And the wanted item might have something to do with that Blue Lobster. - At the end of the event (so: Saturday at 14 PST) you have half an hour to send a representative for your town to Hanyang. Seyfri, Joslynn and Anain will be sitting there in front of the city. -Whisper one of them and tell which Chinese zodiac belongs to which Zodiac riddle. For example: Riddle 1= horse, Riddle2= lobster, riddle 3= bat... Your town will get a point for each good answer. -Then trade the same person and hand the items your town thought were described in the Item Riddles. For example: Item 1 = carrot, Item 2=bean, Item 3 = bamboo sword. If the item can't be traded then show it in some other way. Again for each correct item your town gets a point. And again the idea comes from Sey and Jos, together we elaborated it into a workable event. I hope you'll all enjoy it! xx Anain PS: If you or your friends have ideas for events, let me know!
