Subject: still cant receive newsletters

When I sent in ticket to report not getting newsletters they told me to click account and change from yes to no and then switch back but after clicking No and submit I get a message in another language. Therefore; still unable to change/attempt to fix the not receiving newsletter problems. Any suggestions?
