Regular Posts: 81 ![]() ![]() ![]() | my wife is having problems accessing global luminary website..she gets..stack overflow at line:0 error and page stops loading..her HG lightning spear and her abel need to be extended but she cant get on-line we have tried on 2 different computers and i am worried if i log out on my laptop i may not be able to log back in again..any suggestions...already re-installed luminary..still same stack error...help plz..we are new to global having come from ijji...plz help her get back or i know if she loses her spear/abel she will quit..she lost out on 1k bless when ijji ended lvlup event with 2 hours notice..she is lvl 99 with 20% till lvl 100..please help and re-instill our faith in sticking with this game | ||

In responce to my Item Mall post Which can be found here(http://luminary.ijji.com/center/forum/forums/thread-view.asp?tid=2493&posts=2&start=1) the ZabuGM told me to log off and onto Soilworker. I go to log onto Soilworker only to find that the website WONT RUN. I browse to the page and I get constant notifications: "Stack overflow at line:0" I reinstaled the game as a friend of mine was talking with ZabuGM and he said to do that and amazeingly it did no help. I cant see the play live button nor can I play the game. No offence but if you were going to mess me about then just stop it. Im on the verge of quiting right now as I cannot play the game so why call myself a player? Another friend as my account details so she will be looking after it until you decide I am allowed to play the game. At which point I would of likely quit. I regulary buy Item Mall cloths as I dont like the Key ones yet and I would regulary buy things from Item Mall for "personal use" so I would give you money. | ||

Regular Posts: 55 ![]() ![]() | Moe - 4/3/2009 9:56 AM this is very annoying. i've been trying for 2 days now. i believe my stuff are expiring soon. if this does not get fixed, i would like to get a refund.... id like a refund aswell but if i can get to play again either way is fine.. well i did the version check and it says i have v.531.. i got the client from ijji and it says to download the full version from ijji when i click play live.. wth is going on and also ive downloaded clients over 12times now, im starting to get angry again.. i have patch 540-541 but i cant install it for my client since i only have v.531, and also the 540-541 is the one i dled for the global.. ive dled from ijji the client.. when will the completed client be available for ijji users since the patchs arent available or since the links to them arent even working now.. and today my inv bags are the 30 day bags(my inv items will be lost) they expire today, i believe my wh slots exp soon too that is if they already havent, its been lik 5 days since i last was able to login(before the patch) and it was like a day b4 that i renewed them, i have over 200 stones in my wh and like 3bil or more worth of mats not saying im the only one thats going to get ******* over but ive lost my mats more than i can remember.. i will prob quit if it all is lost, then ill definately want a refund ![]() Edited by LiveWire 4/3/2009 9:37 PM | ||

It would take a bit of time but if you can't figure it out then you should merge the databases. If some of the account login names are the same then you can generate a generic login name and send it via the email. Just a thought. | ||

![]() Regular Posts: 50 ![]() ![]() Location: USA | hey GM i have a solution to your problem USE 1 CLIENT that will solve most of your problems and for those on ijji give them global accounts and email the users of their new account names and passwords(and maybe allow them to change the account name so they arent stuck with some wierd name that is hard to memorize). btw if you arent going to do that im giving remote access to any gm willing to try and fix this. that may help me get onto the game | ||

Regular Posts: 55 ![]() ![]() | WeSt - 4/5/2009 10:58 PM it seems that you guys are dling the global client, and tryin to launch that with the play live button lol, that will most def not work. um actually for me prob same as every1 else ~ i have dled the ijji client from the links for lumi in ijji's dl section from the main page and then after it is finished i click install then launch and it says client is out of date(thing is tho that the one i dl'ed is the recent one for ap.1st) the patches out now are for the global version and ends up changing it to the global version(idk how tho) this doesnt solve the issues it just makes it worse.. oh and as every1 said the outdated version will not launch by the play live button to autopatch, and there is no manual launch in the lumi folder(it says to launch by the ijji page or w.e) | ||
