The 4 Elements of Luminary:
This part of the enchanting guide explains which element is strong against which element. Also, it will give you the list of dungeons a particular element suits well into.

Train in the dungeons that your weapon is suited for. It will save you plenty of ammunition and potions if you know where to train. Not to mention the rate and speed of item acquisitions.
Notes:
-If Power-Up item is unsealed, enchanting requires a Miracle nail. Put the Miracle Nail in one of the 4 boxes in the Mix Menu. Item CANNOT return to sealed form after succeeding enchant with Miracle Nail.
-When using Miracle Hammers, you have 1% bonus chance of succeeding per Miracle Hammer (Up to 10 can be used per enchant attempt). Put the Miracle Hammer/s in one of the 4 boxes in the Mix Menu
-The Power-Up box is where you put the item you want to enchant. The attributes of the finished enchanted item will be the same as the Power-Up item.
-The Normal box is where you put the item that will be used to enchant the Power-Up item. Basically, it's the solute. It can be an Unsealed, Sealed, Junk Grade, Perfect Grade, Master grade, High Grade, or an already Enchanted item. The type of item in the Normal Box must be the same as the one in the Power Up box. For example, if you are enchanting a Dragon Shotgun, you must put a Dragon Shotgun in the Normal Box.
-Elemental defense: (Special thanks to Swifutaru for clarifying once again) The Elemental defense stacks and the maximum defense limit you can have for a particular Element is 100% which can be achieved with two Rank 10 defense gears. Any Elemental Defense % of a defense gear that goes beyond that Elemental defense limit will be negated. Notice the word "Elemental". In PK mode, Elemental defenses do NOT work! In PvE mode, this is different. Most monsters especially high leveled ones attack with pure Elemental damage. There's a minimum damage limit which is 1 damage, so don't be surprised that you still take damage even if you are 100% immune to a particular Element.
-A little bit obvious, but you CANNOT enchant Capes, Clothes, Hats, Rings, or Bags.
-DEX or LUCK attribute DOES NOT affect enchanting success rates.
-Manufacturing skill levels DO NOT affect enchanting success rates.
-Character's Base Level DOES NOT affect enchanting success rates. A level 5 character has the same success chance as a level 90 character in enchanting items.
-Manufacturing Bonus Times DO NOT affect enchanting success rates.
-FOURLEAF DOES NOT affect enchanting success rates.
-Standing next to GM_Dak or the GoonZu DOES NOT affect enchanting success rates.
-The number of Blessing Stones you hold have NO impact on enchanting success rates.
-In other words, enchanting has set success rates and it's all based on RAW luck.
-Success rate for Rank 10 in ijji Luminary seems uncertain though. Most people who achieved Rank 10 in Hera Server got it in 1-2 tries. Maybe they are plain lucky...
-Also, Blessing Stones are always optional. It only ensures that the Power-Up item doesn't de-rank or break (most of the time it breaks and you lose the Power Up item forever). Props for you if you can achieve Rank 10 without using any Blessing Stones.
-When you see someone surrounded with a whirlwind, it signifies that the player has a complete Vampire Set (Vampire Helmet, Vampire Armor, Vampire Belt, Vampire Shoes, Vampire Cloak, Vampire Necklace, and Vampire Ring), NOT enchanted armor. However, unlike any other armor sets. Vampire Armor and Helm will change color once it reaches Rank 7 and higher (becomes Dark Red; almost like Flame Armor).
-I was also notified that Rank 1 enchant may have a 1% or less than 1% chance of failure but I have never seen it fail. Could use a screenshot evidence for this.
Correction: RANK 1 IS FAILPROOF--> 100% SUCCESS!
