I agree with Pistola, but it would be unfair since Wata didnt run and he has been goonzu 2 times now. I personnaly don't know how many times you can be goonzu, but im sure they won't let the past goonzu be goonzu 3 times.

theyll let you be goonzu an infinite amount of times, as long as you don't go past 2 consecutive terms (and the game is still running).

These series of screen shot's would fit better in Tr0my13's dictatorship vs democracy thread, but I think that it is a Hera issue not a GM Issue, anywho... Dictatorship... North Korea... Planned economy... failure... poor people... has the to get food aid from China... China! - free market economy, very rich since the 1990 economic reform.. just a little something I learnt in my Asian Politics cl***... not related to luminary, just a real life example.

Hera... Planned economy.... manipulate premium prices... (Item mall items) ... 10% reduction rate.. Russia says that.... he/she wants a 10% market reduction rate because he/she wants to bring the price of premium items down... g coiners what do you think about this since you are the ones who bring these items into the game. Would you like the value of these items to fall? 10% a day, if they do not sell on the market.

Then after asking some more questions he/she just stopped responding to me.

*EDIT* Russia has changed his Policy to 1% market reduction.

the name has been removed to protect the person's privacy, as they have asked me to help them post this. This player did not win a DA field event or battlefield event, and was mailed a leaf to take down an ad. Hush says the mighty leaf, hush!




this next piece is a collage, done circa 2009. We can see the original artist's name has been left out for privacy reasons. We see one character talking to the protagonist about leaf, and the protagonist rebuking the antagonist about simple math. The antagonist makes comments about a shop, and with no other activity in the area, the shop is magically filled with leaf! The legend of Curly's leprechaun is true! Who carries around stacks of FOURLEAF, whispers a person with a p shop about it, then BAM!? Are you curious about picture 7? This person got a leaf without winning a DA, any other event, or public giveaway. So why the mailing of a leaf?


I am sorry that we do not have a large gallery for today, but I hope you enjoyed.

Also make sure on the next seasons, the Phoenix minister should have some experience with economics because Russia doesn't know **** about it.

I am making a public request to dismiss Warter as Hera's GoonZu. In the rules it states that if a GoonZu can not perform his duties or breaks the rules he/she will be dismissed.

I refer you to Hera General: Lets give Warter a try post where the ss have been placed over the past few days to avoid having the players repost them here.

I know and realize many ppl and GMs will say some of those ss are before he became GoonZu HOWEVER
I can only speak for myself ALL of the ss i have posted there refer to a situation Warter has as acting S9 GoonZu abused position or broken a rule ALL CURRENT in the last 3 days

We the ppl of Hera are asking for immediate action to this matter. In a regular situation when a player has broken the rules and sufficient proof has been provided, Ndoors has taken action against the player.
Warter should be dismissed as GoonZu and now Kirin so to not allow the system to repeat its error and advance the current Kirin as acting GoonZu

Location: my blog		wow warter put himself as kirin.....I fowarded the links to all the ss i found about your fake goonzu guys and zed said to me they are investigating him so lets hope hes telling the truth and warter you just messed up big time making yourself kirin thats like a big flag that tells the gms "plz ban here" the kirin is the only minister that can be perma banned for abuse of power so now you have the punishment of abuse of power as kirin and goonzu to face. GMS I THINK YOU HAVE MORE THAN ENOUGH PROOF!

Warters nowhere near intelligent enough to pull that. It probably really is his son.
And id bet marbles tht his son has a higher IQ than he does.
How much bigger does the "Warter Sucks Balls" Album have to get before we get our revote?

Warter, here is another pic for you. Y62 M4. As a rule of thumb, it is best to list player names when they win something or to announce something that is beneficial to the server. You did two things here, and they will not serve you well.

1. you mention my name. You could say "oh i said wata, i didn't mean watashinoempitsu, so ahaha so dumb to think I meant you." However, if you read the read of the sentence, you mention the wata character posting pics. That would be like somebody saying "this Wart guy is awful, holding a 150 leaf party at 5 pm server time when he said it'd be a 200 leaf party at 6pm, etc." and then claiming they aren't talking about you. So you call me out in goonzu chat. I am thrilled to make it into your top 5.

2. You talk about how the pictures are from season 6. The pictures where you talk about gold rods is during the period between season 7 and 8. The pictures where you are begging for a minister spot is during season 8. The pictures where you sub that the server is a bunch of dummies is near the end of season 8. The pictures of you mailing leafs for no valid reason are from season 9.
If you want to have a logical, rational argument, please be prepared to back up your claims and be prepared for a rebuttal.

I would also like to talk about the top 5 comment I made in point 1. After you dismissed Zake yesterday for doing his job, you sent an announcement asking people to send in their name to your post office to be considered for Kirin. I sent you a . through the mail, and you ask me to go to talatat. You party me, and in the party is Russia. You ask me to be your kirin. I tell you to wait until today at 6pm server time to think about your decision before making another rushed decision. Russia agreed, saying that you are moving too fast, and eventually things will blow over. Russia then asks in party chat if one of your ministers has finished the fourleaf schedule and manufacturing schedule.

You leave me with an interesting choice. Accept this appointment and be under your hand, or graciously decline and let another player be appointed for the spot. After seeing some of your choices and previous actions, I doubt your ability to appoint a player that can do what is needed, not what is asked. I must decline your offer for the spot of kirin, as that would place me on your side, of which I can not be a part.

These have been sent to the GMs and support for further investigation. They are asking for a few days to resolve this issue, so I would like to say that we are not being completely ignored. Herans, continue to fight for what you believe in, but don't fight just for the sake of fighting. Don't har*** Warter or any other player to incite them; their own actions/words will speak louder than anything. I hope that there is a solution for this, so Herans, we gotta be calm and patient, but not complacent.

Tashi, as you can see in my screen shot from today Warter didnt listen,

He appointed himself as Kirin: Can you say Conflict of interest, Judge and Jury all in One, Ultimate Control

JohnnyDo (essentially inactive up until yesterday) and starjumper (never heard of this lvl 51 player) police to maintain law and order

Wouldnt this act of self appointed Total Control GoonZu/Kirin = Warter and his "game wife" LMAO as WT indicate ABUSE of position
