try distilled water, or non flourinated bottled water [duno wat to do with toothpaste >.<], drink nondiet, or stay away artificial sugar products
nutrition facts!! read em <3
its not effective right away but its gradual
do some more research because its not just those 2 chemicals u should be worried about ^^

Funny when I was still young, I swallowed some toothpaste, but guess what guys? I'm still alive. Fluoride can't kill you, well maybe with certain amounts; So... if you swallowed some toothpaste while brushing your teeth, don't go all running and yelling "I'm gonna die!" because you won't.

A place called The Power Mall has good non fluoride toothpaste.
I only let my kids use Thieves Essential Oil Blend. It has Xylitol instead of Fluoride and it isn't toxic
(meaning when you use regular toothpaste, is supposed to be a pea sized application, and if you swallow
it, u are supposed to contact poison control)
This stuff has no kind of warning because it is all natural and nothing in it is poisonous.
(Contains no fluoride, sodium lauryl sulfate, sugar, synthetic chemicals or colors.)
Fluoride is bad because of the source of the fluoride.
This is going to sound bad, but it's true. (AND dont think 'oh the city wouldn't do that to MEEEE'
A cheap source of Fluoride for City water is from companies that make certian things that Fluoride is a byproduct of.
These companies scrape and clean their smokestacks, and fluoride is present in the soot and crap.
They sell that crap unrefined to cities, and they dump it in their water supply. Then they can say they fluoridated the water.
(Water fluoride is not the natural compound we think it is because that would just be too expensive.)
The companies that have this byproduct do nothing to seperate the fluoride byproduct from the other nasty chemicals like Arsenic and Cyanide.
SO... that being said, pay a visit to your City Water Company and ask for information regarding what is in the city water.
By LAW they have to give it to anyone that asks, but the general population has been lulled into thiking that the City is actually our friend, so they never think that Arsenic and Cyanide could really be in the water (yet in alot of cities and smaller towns that are hooked up to a larger city's water supply there is concentrations of various chemicals that We The Little People know to be poison. It was like that in the small town I used to live in. I didnt believe, but went to look at the water report for my town and there was Arsenic and Cyanide in small concentrations in the water I was drinking.)
It is, but it is such a small concentration, it builds up slowly in the body. (Those compounds do NOT metabolize out of the body, it is like how heavy metals just sit inside cells and never leaves making the human body slowly toxify.) We get sick so slowly, we dont notice it until it is too late and by then alot of the effects are irreversable.

No because your dad cares about his health and he knows the consequences of not taking such precautions. Unless he is taking some kind of illegal drug, then he is simply shortening his life. But if he's taking those that are FDA approved (it was tested and approved several times), then he should be OK.

Common sense says hi: There are these places called "farms" and "ranches" where you grow food and raise animals respectively. The sea is filled with fishes for fishermen to catch and those fishes reproduce to outnumber all humans in the world 1,000,000:1 (or some ridiculous ratio like that). Unless a global plague or a natural calamity of some sort causes total distortion to all of these, we will still be able to provide food for the people. |

The FDA cannot control what the person does voluntarily. It's like saying "Oh, I swallowed too many Aspirins and I cannot breathe and I'm gonna die soon. I'm suing FDA", that kind of retardedness. |
