Meaning the reactor is having the problem. Please try the following.
1
) If you have Luminary installed, Uninstall the entire application
(Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs
)

) Uninstall ijji REACTOR as well from Add or Remove Programs...

) Next, restart your computer.

) Go to the webpage here:
http://www2.ijji.com/downloads.nhn#luminary

) Select any Download Server to manually download the Luminary client.

) Install the Luminary client on your machine and once complete, Restart your computer once again.

) Go here:
http://www2.ijji.com/reactor.nhn and reinstall REACTOR

) Run REACTOR and see if the issue persists.
If your reactor is already reinstalled and still the problem persist please try this steps:
Start>Search>IJJI REACTOR IN Local Hard Drives> There should be 5 files > Open ijji Reactor C:/Program Files/ijji> Scroll down Till You see This word/file *reactorupdate*>DOUBLE CLICK ON IT>CLOSE>OPEN IJJI REACTOR>IT WILL UPDATE>AND IT WILL WORK
Note: this will not work with Vista computers.
