If you have problems, reports, inquiries or other problem, concerning, technical, Billing, in game related and others, I suggest you to submit a ticket on the customer support so that we can immediately answers and give solution to your problems. Instead of creating a new thread here in the GM Chamber without checking for same problems on the other threads, this way there will be no un-answered thread or redundant thread to be created.

when I try to enter the site has this message on all my accounts ..
[Error Code 40120] Log in for this account has been blocked. Please submit a Customer Support Ticket regarding this matter, with the error code.
and when I try to log into the same game .. not enter .. this happened because this same error happened with my friend and he gave me his account to see if they came here at home .. I tried to get there on his account did not give more ... then after that the error that was happening to him now to me ... Why? ****, it was in when I was using Damiam and sweets in GD

I have the same problem that @XSarutobiX, this error "[Error Code 40120] Log in for this account has been blocked. Please submit a Customer Support Ticket regarding this matter, with the error code.try again" appears in my acc too. I want know cause I`m blocked. already sent some tickets but responses are slow.
Really I want my acc back.
Please help me.

Luminary now has a (un)dedicated (lack of)support ticketing system

I keep getting a 60100 error ecerytime i try to exchange my g coins to ndoors g coins. ive tried everything. Can GM's please fix cause its been 1 and a bit weeks.
This is their anti gcoin fraud system. If you logged into a few accounts, and then tried to exchange, it will block you. Go 5 days without trying to exchange and it will go away. Sadly, they couldn't take the 2 min I took to tell you this themselves.

There's the add/remove option and use it on Luminary: Rise of GoonZu, this will solve any problem you got here.
