the way this skill accrues points is killing me.
Two years ago I got a cap skill point from a Christmas Sock. ( I am still lvl 1 in that skill, though halfway to lvl 2 in two years... that's sad)
I would love to expand that skill, but the way the cap skill points accrue
(one point for every random doll you might get) I will be hunting lvl 1 - 3 cap dolls for a year before I get to lvl 2 cap skill.)

Please revamp the current skill exp accrual rate and add an NPC to give quests, similar to the title type of continuing quest line.
Also... please add higher mobs that we can capture and evolve our summons into.

Im all for having a Capture NPC Quest giver but make the dolls needed to cap to be like 2500 Racoons lol so it actually takes a bit of skill still i dont want an npc that gives out a lvl per 200 dolls

Also you know if you really wanted to level those skills without skill points i recommend just go out and get lots of paper ingredient its terrible xp but youll get more for the time you do that at lvl 1 cap than you would attempting to cap racoons

I never planned on having cap on this character so I never planned on spending any skill points on the skill.
Books arent a problem for me to get, I just don't want to use any.
I just wish there was better ways to get points toward lvlling that skill, because one point per random doll is
an extremely boring road to lvlling that skill. One shouldnt absolutely HAVE to dump skill points into something,
but as it is now, this is not a skill you want to try to evolve naturally from lvl 1 when you are over lvl 100.

I too started my cap skill with the intent of not using up skill points on it.Spent much time capping raccoons.But I checked out how much exp was needed for next lvl and knew I'd be in your shoes years later at that rate so I caved in and just read all the books.

Try using a neck that increases your cap skill e.g. reco neck other tech. This will help it lvl faster.capping things around 20% capability is the way to go to get most exp fastest.

i do use a reco (+5) >.>
with that, I still only have a skill of 6.
1792/2500, just to get to next lvl (minus the neckie, it is a lvl 1 skill)
708 to next skill lvl, and given that is so random to get the single point dolls i guess that i will have to
hunt at least 1500 of anything up to mancow just to get that 708 ppints cos of the randomality.
it is a waste of time for me because mancow and under (of which I can cap at a low percentage) drop is increments of one.

So, it would be wonderful to have an npc that has quests for those of us that want to lvl that skill, but not have to buy a skill reset to rob points and re***ign.

Oh im sorry i was thinking in my head but not typing it out what i meant was getting the books/paper ingriedeint and make books not to use books just to manu books because youll gain exp in capture when you manufacture capture bgn books not alot but you can still gain

I once asked badee (Zeus TOP capper) how much cap exp do u get from lady devil and killer kangshi? O.o
He said from lady devil 63 and from killer kangshi 65 (something about that if I remember correctly)...
I was like O_O'''' And I though 1.2k+ tech exp in AF 2f without any buffs was bad T_T
After that I decided NEVER thing of trying to cap ;DDD

So yeah,I agree that there should be a CAPPING NPC that would give to hunt,f.e 10k drill shark dolls or jelly jars - this would be a challenge for cappers or at least some fun to cap ;p

Hi everyone...I know I don't post much here, but this time I think I should =]

I'm a capper from Zeus, and we capper are injusticed, because we never get updates to help us!

The only thing I remember (and that was good) it was the summon atk increased, but on the same patch they changed the Hgs layouts<<< bad thing =(

I agree whit you SharSHar, about the NPC. That would incentive me to cap more ^^

About the exp, I think its not bad. Since we got like 3 ppl in zeus whit 80 or more cap skill

If you have a good range weap and a good summon, you can be top cap, just will need time to do it.

really if there was a capture quest it would have to be a god 5k for the first quest because i trained to get my skill where its at i dont want some new person to use the quest chain cap 200 dolls and gain 15000 exp for capture

That's ***uming you have a 20-30% cap rate on sea monsters. If you're talking about the old sea map where you can sit around capping sharks all day, that is gone and replaced with a map that forces you to run around in order to kill everything. If you're not, it still takes a hell of a long time to get 20-30% on sea monsters.

FYI, in order to rapidly level your cap skill, try capping monsters that you have a 20-30% chance of capping. This will give you a good amount of dolls at a decent exp rate.

i wouldnt mind capping alot of jelly jars but i dont want to be able to cap up to hell3f because atm theres not enough cappers as is high enough lvl yet to cap in dracs castle on hera at a decent rate

Well, I doubt that will happen. Look at the med artisans who got jipped of their exp for spamming LP/Bleach/Lub/Polisher to level up and then they fix skill onto Super Hp Pots.
