We only got about 6 inches of snow, but it was just awful trying to drive while the storm was p***ing through, and only with 6 inches of snow our power was flickering all night, hope the snow melts soon for ya lol.

i remember when i was little, Minnesota used to be like this. We used to have alot of snow days. We have had one 'snow day' and that was last year when it was -50 below wind chills and they didnt cancel school. Tooo cold for small kids to be out waiting for the bus. I made the dang snow day lol

that shows good sense of them.
here, in mn they would just have it go on as any normal day, then fire the bus driver that gets into an accident
because it is the final decision of the driver to drive. If it is unsafe, it is up to the driver in the end.
Alot of bus drivers dont know this, and they drive in unsafe conditions because they follow the directives of their employer.
(i drove school bus for 5 years, and ive made that call a couple times.)

where i live, if its -22 or colder, the buses do not run.

School stays open like no matter what though, for the keeners who are desperate to get there.
But it's usually a slack day with no work since its technically a snow day, and most kids stay home.

Yea,I know how it feels >.<
The same is at my country >.>
If the streets and sidewalks would be regulary (more then 4 times a day if snowing) cleaned,it would look just the same ;D
After 2 weeks of snowing it stopped, but there is SOOOOO much snow...
It would be nice to sell it ;DDD

I hate cold weather -.-'''

But I fear to imagine what will happen when ALL THAT SNOW will start to melt T_T
I think I accually have to SURF to school ;DDD
Ko~wa~ban~GA!!!!
